Krista Jones

Krista has a passion for real estate that was instilled at a young age. As the daughter of a builder on the East End, she knew her path would lead to construction and development.

Living in New York City for over ten years, Krista served various roles in the development industry, honing her skills and expanding her perspective from residential marketing to commercial and industrial construction.

Prior to launching Millstone Property Services, Krista was a Project Manager for a real estate private equity firm in New York City, overseeing construction projects for a vertically integrated real estate investment manager. Krista has executed a wide variety of projects ranging from 5,000 to 350,000 square feet and totaling over $150M in total project costs.

Krista currently lives on the North Fork with her husband, two children, 7 hens, 4 ducks, and 2 dogs.

    Real estate is in Melissa's blood. She is a third-generation East End native and a key player in her family's nearly six-decade old real estate development and design-build company. Melissa specializes in design-build, new construction, residential and agricultural properties.
    Dually licensed in both Huntington and Cutchogue, Melissa is versed in primary and secondary home markets and is working towards her brokers license. She has extensive, hands-on construction experience and offers her clients a powerful network of professional resources on every sale.

    Prior to joining Douglas Elliman in 2016, Melissa worked in Manhattan as Sales Director for The Wonderful Company, a $6 billion private holdings company, focused on strategic partnerships with clients such as Marriott, Capital Grille, Ritz-Carlton and Loews.

    Melissa holds a Masters degree in Business Management and a Bachelors degree in International Business, she also holds a Sommelier Certification and has a passion for wine and viticulture. Melissa made the move to live full time on the North Fork with her husband and their two young boys.
